Our Central Station Partners employ three 24 hour UL listed monitoring centers to service our dealers and uses the most advanced communications technology available (Including two-way voice) to monitor your alarm systems 24/7. We use generators to back up all monitoring equipment in our reinforced, fire-resistant communication centers. Even in the event of a total power failure, we continue to operate.
The Central Stations have Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Factory Mutual (FM) approval.
We use GE MASterMind monitoring software which makes for improved automation, efficiency and response time. Partner UL listed central stations employ the latest technology in both hardware and automation software. GE Monitoring Automation Systems provides the automation software, and we employ their n-way technology which allows both central stations the ability to backup one another in times of high traffic..
We continuously update our technology and equipment to ensure we are providing the highest level of protection for homes and businesses.
